Absolute unit of a figure. Great to have a physical representation of him to show to friends when playing Marneus Calgar in Magic: the Gathering form.

The face... the sculpt, the emotion. Yup, nailed it. This is the first figure I really really like without a helmet. Killer job on the face and nailing the emotion. The details on this one are also realllllly good. Nicely done Joytoy, nailed it again.

Great figure that represents the chapter master well

Great figure. It will make your inner child happy.

Calgar came in one piece and well protected. Paint wise he looks great too, no outstanding issues. His sculpt is so hefty that sometimes getting him into a pose can be challenging, but Calgar is made to not topple and get get some nice daynamic poses with a bit of effort. Overall a beautiful figure and well worth a purchase if you’re looking to lead your Ultramarine battle brothers into battle.

well, i run out of all the compliments,
i will keep it simple.
his sheer presence and size is just overwhelming.
all the details and their painting is really crispt and nice!
only downside is his human head, it looks rather empty and dead haha!
i wll have to repaint and see i can make it look better.

I mean come on, if you’ve been collecting the various Ultramarines the. You kinda have to have the center piece right? He’s big, he’s blue, and he’s two gun fisting for you. Can’t go wrong with this figure.
