Quick delivery, and great service. I was looking for these guys for quite some time, and everywhere else was either out of stock or selling at skyrocket prices.

These are a welcome bunch of figures. Haven't had a chance to open them yet. But from photos the sculpts look good and paint work is too. CTC service was first rate as always. Great all round.

Solid figures in a great line. JoyToy has engineered these items to very hight standards. Alternative hands, accessories and heads attach/detach securely.
As the site doesn't allow for individual figure review, I'll talk about the set as a whole.
The forces of the Adeptus Astartes are secular; they know the Emperor is not a God.
They also follow the Codex Astartes; they limit their numbers to about 1000 strong.
However, the Black Templars Astartes have another take on these rules.
They are God Emperor worshipping righteous zealots who crusade across the galaxy in vast numbers.
Technically, they're on humanity's side. So... let's give them a wide berth.
Don't rock the boat.

It's interesting, on the boxes these guys come in they are all called Neophytes. And all I could think of was, Black Templar Meat Shields! That being said, these guys look great...solid figures lots of weapons and chains for them. I played around with the weapons so as you can see in the picture i have one wielding dual chain-swords, but what can i say :) and the heavy flamer is just awesome! Though when I first saw it I wished that they had included something like that with the Grey Knights instead of two with power-swords...now that would have been sweet! But anyways, I highly recommend you adding these Meat Shield Black Templars, sorry Neophyte Black Templars to your collection as soon as possible!

The Black Templars are my favorite chapter, I love these.
Very easy to pose, sometimes the right hip armor plate on the guy with the plasma pistol falls off. The belt kinda clashes with it.

But you can kinda slide the hip portion over at the waist to relieve strain and it's fine. If the pistol grips on the weapons were a little thinner the hands would have a better grip but it's not a major issue.

I keep them posed on top of my PC but I figured a photo shopped picture would look cooler for the review.

I look forward to getting the Marshal, Emperor's Champion, and Sword Brethren when they leave preorder.

Great 2.0 body release. For the hands you need to dip on hot water so it wont breaks.

These look great, wasn't really expecting them to look as good as they do. I like that I have been able to swap bits around on a few of them. My advice is to order the set to have the most options. These are my guns, Des and Troy. Together they destroy! .

These are good! I already got Imperial Fists and these Black Templars fits wery well next to them. Got 1 for me and other for friends, all very satisfred. Joints are good, all parts included were intact and well painted.

Figures came in one piece and we’ll packaged. And the actual figures themselves are very well made. No edge highlights unfortunately but the lighter shading on the panels gets the job done. The chains are well made and due to their rubbery texture they can easily slip over the gauntlets and weapons of the marines. I will say that it was hard to get the hands around some of the weapons though due to the bottom connection parts from the chains on the weapons. Also the double belt very easily pops out the right side hip plate on the marines and is generally very annoying to place where it can stay. However they are beautiful figures and you can’t beat the price of them when bought in a set. Overall besides a few nitpicks I’d say they are well worth a purchase.
