I very much enjoyed this product and had no issues with shipping or delivery. Unfortunately I was shipped a defective model but that's not really the fault of Cool Toys Club as when I received the product the right wrist had a bubble or something in the mold of the center pin that was supposed to hold the 2 parts of the wrist together making it incredibly weak, causing it to snap promptly after attempting to pose the character. The rest of the figure was really solid though an I have since done my own repairs to fix the defective part as best I can.
